This page is a quick reference for the statuses you’ll encounter while working with rosters and team profiles.

Roster statuses

These statuses appear on the Duty Plans list and on individual roster pages.
StatusColourWhat it means
CreatingAmberThe scheduling engine is running. Wait for it to finish before opening the roster.
DraftGreyGeneration is complete. The roster is ready for review but not yet visible to the team.
PublishedBlueThe roster is live. All team members can view it. The public share link is active.
ArchivedGreyThe roster has been retired. Still accessible for reference but no longer the active schedule.
FailedRedThe engine could not produce a valid schedule. Open the roster to see the reason and retry.

Doctor statuses

Every doctor profile is either Active or Inactive.
StatusWhat it means
ActiveThe doctor can be included in rosters and leave planning.
InactiveThe doctor is excluded from new roster generation. Their historical data is preserved.
A doctor becomes Inactive automatically when the member account they’re linked to is deactivated by an admin.
