Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy

PlanMyRounds provides users full control over their account and data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion by:
- Using the in-app deletion feature (if enabled), or
- Emailing support@planmyrounds.com from your registered email address
2. What Happens After Deletion
Once a deletion request is confirmed:
- Your account will be deactivated
- Personal information (name, email, role) will be deleted
- Scheduling and administrative data will be deleted or anonymized
Some limited data may be retained temporarily if required by law or for security purposes.
3. Deletion Timeline
- Most deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe
- You will lose access immediately after deletion begins
